Hi guys,

What are important distinctions between CQF and CQUK, both are great products and both have their place in this world but I am looking for technical information. I contacted Avi and this is what I got.

"cquk is based on fluoro- silanes and Finest is based on fluoro carbons mixture

both have very high durability and resistance to alkyl cleaners."

Do any have a set durability, superior thickness, beading/sheeting quality etc. This is just so I can educate myself.

In terms of durability and looks - I would estimate that CQUK brings about 80-90% of the performance of CQF. The main difference (besides chemistry) is that CQF has a warranty.

It actually goes a little deeper than that. I am working with Corey to create a comparative chart and explanation but there is soooooooo much to do and soooooooo little time. BUT we will have something out soon (hopefully)

Cliff Notes - if you took two identical cars, prepped them identically, coated 1 with CQUK and coated the other with CQF.....would you notice a significant difference between the two cars? I personally don't think so.

Cool to hear that you are working on developing a comparison chart!

Subscribed for the update. I also want to know all differences between Cquartz v.2014 (with Titanium in it) vs. UK vs. Finest in term of look, durability, and application.

I would also like to see a complete comparison of the three. Subscribed.

Sent from my phone when I am supposed to be doing something else.
