hi guys
So watching Richy's idea of the tire gel from a HVLP gun was just amazing. My question is can we shoot Cquartz UK from a gun and buff off as normal the reason i ask is cause, we all know that what takes the longest when coating is the application part!!! i know Opti-Coat you can spray from a gun as seen in this link, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yyo_-UA8yM4can we do the same with Cquartz? or even maybe Reload?

I know Barry Theal has done it with Americoat. I actually bought an HVLP gun to use for it to try that method but never did as the downside to it is that method uses a lot more product. I didn't want to charge more than what I am now for it so I never ended up using that method. As far as the CQUK goes, I don't see how it would be different in both respects but Corey would be better to comment on that than I seeing as I've never tried it. Hope that helps.

I was actually going to try this with a small HVLP or air brush on a Harley Painted inner fairing. There is lots of tight spots which would be very difficult to coat the traditional way. Unfortunately the customer fell through. I have read to do an entire vehicle this way you would use more product.

well in another video i saw
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MHxhgs4SBk spraying it adds more hands so reduces amount of hands given and adds more micron. i would say to shoot low pressure small fan~!!!

You can spray the CQuartz coatings as well, it's no problem BUT when aerosol ANY product you should be sure to wear appropriate breathing protection.
