I have been trying to find that thread or posting on FB about using an aerosol can to spray on DLUX. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I believe Corey posted a link to the can or system someone used for this, just can't find it. Thanks.

I'm subbing for answers. I remember seeing a thread on using a HF spray gun. Aerosol can would be pretty sweet!

Most woodworking stores carry an aerosol system that will spray lots of things

And in any case, I think you'll need to go back and smooth-even the with Carpro MF Suede. Me's thinking you're "over-thinking" the use of this product. Unless your rich and buying the stuff by the 5 gallon drum?

Dave at TLC and Wills and Dani in Arizona both have done this with great results and using small amount via Air Brush as I recall. If you pm them tell them to post here!! They used air brush and did honeycomb grills with it like this without having to wipe and in a few minutes flat as I recall.

Ok cool I'll tell them to post. That's mainly why I want it, for the grills instead of doing every single little hole, just make sure it's all clean and spray it on.

I'm going to coat all the plastic on my wife's 05' Avalanche with an air brush gun later this week.
