Hi guys,

New to the forum. Just had my car xpel ppf and cquartz finest done. Looking to maintain it e best I can. Can you guys recommend any products from the carpro store? I mean everything I'll need, from mits and drying towels and washing products. I want to get everything in one shot and get the best stuff I can. Thank you!

Dan

Hi Dan, welcome to the family! I hope others will share their opinion as well but here is my list of go to items for your applications.

The best thing to do is start using CarPro Reset to wash with regularly. Other soaps can leave residue that temporarily mess up the beading and let dust and dirt stick more.

I would grab a Merino Wool Wash Mitt and a Microfiber Madness Dry Me Crazy towel also.

Quick Detailers are ok when needed… I would use this - Ultima Waterless Wash Concentrate as detail spray when you run out of what you have already. This is the best I have used. Quick detailers leave something on the paint but Reset will solve it next time you wash with it and in the meantime QD has its uses for sure.

CarPro Reload packs the glass-like gloss, hydrophobicity, and dirt repellency of Ceramic Nanotechnology in a convenient spray-on, wipe-off sealant. Reload offers a slick super hydrophobic layer, which repels water like no other. Coupled with its ability to repel dirt & grime this leaves a stunning, glossy, and highly reflective shine.
Use whenever you like ^ or every 3-12 months depending on conditions.

CarPro Iron X advanced pH-balanced formula safely breaks down ferrous metallic contamination caused by automotive brakes, rail dust, and construction from delicate vehicle surfaces. It can be used on paint, plastic, chrome, glass, and alloy wheels. Iron-X works by forming a water-soluble complex with the iron particles lodged in the surface, allowing them to be rinsed free, and cleaning deeper and more safely than washing or claying.
Use ever 3-12 months depending on environment ^

I'll post some more below-

Interior spray cleaner - http://www.carpro-us.com/interior-fabric-care/ultima-interior-shampoo-gel-22-oz/

An alternative to reload. A lot of people prefer to simply wash with this occasionally- http://www.carpro-us.com/new-products/carpro-hydrofoam-1000ml-32-oz/

About 5 of these for quick detailer use - http://www.carpro-us.com/microfiber-madness-crazy-pile-16-x-16/

Thank you for your quick response. Is there a specific method you like to use while washing? I've always used the two bucket method

Here's some of our less costly towels for interior - http://www.carpro-us.com/microfiber-towels/hidden-edge-blue-microfiber-16x16-10-pack/

Did you have your interior sealed also? If not I would consider this - http://www.carpro-us.com/interior-care-and-protection/ultima-interior-guard-plus-4-oz/

Hi Dan, with hydrofoam is would be super costly to dilute in a bucket so instead we spray with a bottle. I'll copy the product tips off my store product page and paste here for you. One second

Also don't miss the search bar in the store - far upper left hand corner for finding products.

On each product there is also a tips and tricks on the bottom of its description page. Beyond that also ask here because we have some extra tips and tricks that aren't always there - most are though
