clear bra.

I had a half clear bra on my cars hood when I applied two layers of cquarts uk to it, I did this in May. Now I have removed the half bra and iam wondering, due I now cquarts the hood area that was under the bra as it has no coating, Or due I clay bar the whole hood, then polish the hood, then coat the whole hood with a couple of layers of cquarts, let dry 14 days then apply the 3m clear bra, Or don't worry about anymore cquarts on the paint, just clean paint and apply clear bra, Then apply two layers of cquarts to the clear bra... Please advise.
