Is the new cquartz uk 3.0 version truly a wipe on wipe off application like it states on the instructions? From everything I've read, I'm a little paranoid of getting high spots from allowing the product to sit for too long. I'd like to wipe it off as quick as possible without compromising the coating. It'll prob be around 70 degrees and 50-55% humidity.

Welcome...It's always polite to stop by the Forum: Say Hi! (https://carproforum.com/forumdisplay.php?4-Say-Hi!) and introduce yourself before asking questions...

After that I'll be happy to point you in the right direction...It's not as difficult as you may think...

You will have to judge on when it is time to remove the coating as it is flashing. It is hard to really say. Once you find that sweet spot for wipe off then it's a breeze.

Merlin & Guz - With 3.0 how soon can a 2nd coat be applied? Could you do a fender, then do the fender again immediately?

I would stick with the 45-60 minute window between coats.

On the Carpro site it says nothing about 2 coats, are 2 coats still recommended for 3.0?

As far as I know, yes CarPro recommends 2 coats with UK 3. A 30ml bottle should provide you enough to apply 2 coats. That way you add a more thick protection and make sure to have an even application.
