Hello,

I've been in the detailing world since a long time, but just started to discover the Carpro products. (wasn't available at my favourite shop)

Next tuesday, I want to give my own car a summer prep. Paint is white metallic, but in very good condition.
Just a lot or iron particles and tar. very visible on white.

Plan is to do the normal steps:
wash
all crevices with apc and brush
de-iron and de-tar
clay
wash
polish
coat.

I bought the essence for the first time now.

I was thinking on first polishing essence on yellow rupes, and then a second time essence on white carpro gloss pad.
Car received nanolex si3d 2 years ago, that's why i would go for the yellow polishing pad first, hoping to remove it.

Before polishing I would do a wash with a degreaser, so that the essence can bond to bare paint.

Now I was thinking the second round would remove the fist layer of essence? Does it make sence to do so? Would the second round give extra gloss or protection?

All remarks are very welcome!

Thank you,

Tom
