Since Hydro2 is pre-diluted with water (before application), and then just sprayed on. Could the product be put in the foam cannon (or gun) and delivered that way (I know it does not foam)?? Spray on and then a quick change to a washing lance/spray head, and we rinse off!!

I am aware that the amount of water going through the lance (depending on the PW) would possibly create an issue in terms of dilution, but that could be tested for, and recommendations could be made. What would be even more crazy would be to have a manufactured bottle that just attaches to the foam cannon (right thread and size for the siphon tube). Unscrew the cap, attach to the foam cannon and spray!!

Just a thought! Carry on!

Very interesting... Looking forward to hearing from Corey and others about this.

That would be hard to do outside with sun and not streaking. Just my 2 cents but who knows.

Dilution ratio would be to much and durability may be effected.
Interesting idea though. Using undiluted Hydro2 in the lance could be something. Maybe have a certain size siphon hose. Im getting in over my head I think.
So many questions come into play. I'll keep using the spray bottle.

If you had two hoses so you didn't have to switch out for rinsing 5-7 x I think it would be a cool idea to test. Otherwise even a quick disconnect that many times seems more trouble and time than a spray bottle.

Sheesh! I really thought that it would generate a "discussion" and maybe some unrealistic brainstorming, but I guess I am faced with a bunch of "negative Nancys" LOL!

I think the application process would be sped up enough that you may not have to switch out as often as you are describing Corey. If you needed a bypass valve, You could engineer a shut off valve like the tornador for the solution tank. My Karsher is a quick disconnect system so swapping between the foam cannon and the washing lance takes 2 seconds (since pic below for all the foam cannon quick connects). But again I see the application process sped up enough that I doubt I would need to swap 5-7 times as you describe. The spray pattern of the foam cannon allows for varied coverage and covers panels in seconds. Spraying takes a little longer (a lot in my opinion). I foam a car in less than 30 seconds. Even if I was to do one side of the car (paint, glass and wheels), swap and rinse, and then do the other side of the car I GUARANTEE I would save valuable time with the set up described.

Cooter, I am sure CarPro R&D and Beta tester could establish a way around the dilution question (pretty easily), and then CarPro could introduce on the market a pre-diluted (or "foam cannon formulated") product (pretty sure they could have one for the foam gun people as well). Now with the foam gun, a brass quick connect fitting is all you need to drop the gun and replace it with a high flow firehose nozzle.
