Hi everyone,
I'm looking to expend my pad collection and I've seen a lot of great reviews about Flash Pads but most of the people are using them with Flex VRG. How do these do with Rupes 21? How do these compare to LC HD pads?

Flash pads work equally well on Rupes but especially on flat panel surfaces.

One reason, I prefer them on the Flex 3401 is you can use some pressure with the flex and the fact that the pads are easy to remove on the flex backing plate.
Once on the Rupes, they stick on like super glue and is a b*tch to remove.

I don't have this issue with the smaller Rupes LHR75e and the 3 inch pads. I really like that combo.

One of the key to finish down LSP ready with the flash pad is to apply quite a bit of downward pressure. I have found that it does tend to stop rotation, especially on curves surfaces, so I normally use them on my Flex 3401, even though I sometime use my Rupes.
