I agree. Use it undiluted. It won't last more than a wash diluted at 1:3.

My best guess would be to start at 1:20 which is the standard dilution and adjust from there.

You would probably be fine using any of those coatings. I would consider DLUX or Skin. Maybe even CQ Leather.
