Sorry to bump such an old thread but you mentioned DLux use on headlights. Is the DLUX formula thick enough to fill in fine marring/scratches on head & tail light assemblies?

a pencil eraser seems to be the newest methode going. I have not tried it though.

I think it's your tar remover. Some tar removers that I've used in the past left a chemical film that I always had to remove with a APC.
