    Quick impression of ion

Since I have the sickness I decided to try ION. No fancy smell, smells like a sealant or wax should! Applies easy, says to let it cure for 30 min. I let it go 45, mainly because I wanted another beer first! Wiped off easier than most products I have tried including polish angel.
Car looked great,no smears, no dusting.
Did have a small shower after 2 days so I got a couple of the required beading shots. I must say I really like this product! My next project is the wife's VW that's sits out 24/7.
    Thanks.

    Nice "Quick impressions"...
Let us know how the VW goes. Did you do 2 coats?

Sadly, not every client chooses to do a CQF coating.

I have been looking for a product for both light and dark colors that is quick, easy and delivers a very nice quality finish.
Some folks use Hydro2 for their "regular" details. I've been looking for an affordable WOWO product to fill this niche.
Personally, I would not classify Ion as a true "coating". As my definition is different. I'd call it a very long lasting sealant

Anyway, I digress, Now on to its virtues! It's a quick, easy, slick feeling LSP that (so far) has been performing very well.
The "look" is bright & a little bit shiny & even after weeks of pouring down rain outside it still beads great & feels slick.

At some point long lasting sealants and coatings are going to overlap and when they do, sealants will be more popular because they are less finicky to environmental conditions and they are dummy proof, and more forgiving. Ion is on the right track to my point.
