Streaks and haze in sunlight, as well as rubbery surface feel

I coated my black Acura MDX in the fall with CQUK. I did have some haze and streaks on the hood which i leveled out the next day after application. My problem is now some months later i am noticing horizontal streaks and haze in sunlight. Now the coating is fully cured, is it possible to polish out haze? What polish and pad is recommended. The paint feels somewhat grabby and rubber like is this normal? I wax epecting a glass like smooth feel.

Last question, I wanted to add another layer of UK, if i lightly polish and wipe with eraser will the new layer of UK bond well to existing coating?

You can polish the surface with a Car Pro Gloss pad and try Reflect or Essence, assuming your using a machine. If you Essence via machine then you can coat right over it. You can use Earser, it certainly wouldn't hurt but Essence is made to work with Car Pro coatings.
It sounds like you may have to polish the entire panel and reapply U.K.
When you reapply, make sure you have good lighting to see your work. Good lighting is a must to ensure your process.
CQUK won't feel slick after application but it is doing it's job. You can top with Reload an hour after application if there is a chance the vehicle will be exposed to rain or such. If not, I like to wait 30 days and then the surface will feel slick after Reload is applied.

I am using a Torq10fx polisher and really look forward to doing all those steps you have mentioned. Unfortunatly I was unable to take pictures, wife had vehicle out. I do remember the coated paint feeling ultra slick after Reload application. Thank you very much for all your help!
