I needed another wash mitt like I need a hole in the head and lately I tend to favor sponges and plush microfiber for rinseless and wool for traditional washes. However, I recently splurged on a grey incredimitt realy just to make the shipping costs worth it for the other small items I was purchasing. Well I must say I really enjoy this mitt, it cleans well, glides across the paint effortlessly and cleans up easily afterwards. Prior to this I had purchased a mitt that looked similar but wasn't quite he same and at a lower price point for a different vendor.
So this is just a few quick photos incase anyone else was in my position and struggling to see the differences. Both mitts have been used 3-4 times at this point, washed and hung up to dry. The orange mitt is about half the height with a lower pile and the colored fibers are shorter vs the colored fibers on the incredimitt are longer. The incredimitt has thicker foam on the inside allowing it to hold its' shape better even when full of product and it holds a lot of wash solution. Overall I do not regret purchasing the cheaper mitt but the incredimitt is definitely a step above and well worth the cost.
One of my pet peeves with every other microfiber mitt is that they loose sofness over time, and usally over a few months to the point that a relegate them to dirty areas. I have only had this mitt for a few weeks but if it holds up over time then it will definitely change my outlook on MF mitts.
