Corey provided some additional info regarding Elixir and how different is versus ech2o+reload mixed:
Corey Carruth GREAT question!! Yes it IS unique, there ARE other ingredients besides Reload and Ech2o. You will find these unique ingredients cause this QD to bond and last longer on a less prepared surface - ie It works well on surfaces pretty much all the time regardless of level of prep. Of course we always recommend as much prep as possible but I digress
