Matte Finishes
I don't have a lot of experience with matte paints, but I have a customer with matte black Harley who unfortunately does not have a garage and keeps it covered. The chrome is a mess and the paint has needs some love. Is there anyway to restore (i.e. light polish) without ruining the matte finish. I saw the Mr. Beasley's product which I will explore, but any other suggestions? Thanks

Unfortunately matte finishes can not be polished. Once they are polished they are no longer a matte finish. Dr. Beasley's offers various products for matte finishes.
CarPro sells this one. I have not used it but possibly an option.

You can also use Cquartz Skin on matte finishes for protection.

I plan on reaching out to the customer with some options and see how he wants to proceed. It's a big project for a small vehicle due to the chrome being a mess. Thanks again
