    Maintanence on CQuartz coating

Hi guys I'm doing a maint wash on a car that was coated about a year ago, what steps would I have to do? wash, decon, etc. He also want me to buff it out with a DA but I'm not sure if you can do that with a coated car. Any products recommendations greatly appreciated.

Only do chemical decon, not mechanical decon.
Chemical decon is ok. Do not use a clay bar or alternative clay bar process as it will remove/damage the coating.
Chemical decon would be IronX treatment only. Any mechanical clay bar treatment may/can damage the coating.

If you polish the paint on a coated vehicle you will remove the coating and it will need to be recoated.

Do you have swirls marks (fine wash scratches) in the paint?

I agree. You have the option to use Essence Plus which will fill to a degree. It’s not a miracle product.
