Elixir vs Ech20 - Which one has stronger protection?

I'm doing a CarPro order to replace my existing products. I currently use a rinseless wash with a drying aid/protection topper (sealant based). So Ech2o and Elixir but seeing how expensive Elixir is I just wanted to confirm, does it provide more protection than ech2o as a detail spray? I'm in a debate, whether I pick up a 500ml of Elixir and 500ml of Ech2o or just get 1L of Ech2o. Is Elixir that good?

Also for context, once winter is over I will get a ceramic coating on the car. So I will most likely also be using this product once I dry that car.

Elixir will leave the more durable protection. EcH20 will leave more protection if the concentration is higher say when used as a waterless wash. As a drying aid/detail spray it will last until the next wash. To answer your question yes Elixir is that good. At least I think so. I actually like both products. I use EcH20 more often then not and on occasion I will use Elixir.

If you want to save some money you can make your own elixir mixing up EcH2O and Reload.

Ok sounds good, in this case Elixir as I don't want to get Reload. In the summer I 2 bucket wash so I'll be using reset most of the time and then Elixir as drying aid.

I guess I can use Elixir more sparingly hopefully lol.

they're both pretty solid choices for protection, but if I had to pick, I'd say Elixir might have a slight edge. It's like the heavy-duty stuff, you know? But hey, it also depends on what you're protecting against and the conditions you're dealing with. What are you trying to safeguard?
