    Review - CarPro DarkSide

First up to review from the new CarPro products is CarPro DarkSide.

I was sent this product to test out by CarPro.

DarkSide is the newest tire product offering from CarPro. This is a nan-sealant that will offer longer durability than CarPro Perl but not as long as CarPro BlackOut.

Application is straight forward as shown in my video. It is also holding up well at 2 weeks and handling some rain without being washed off.

The claimed durability on the bottle is 3+ months. From other testing I am seeing about 6 weeks. On a garaged vehicle it is possible to achieve 3+ months as they are not usually washed as often.

It does leave a nice finish. If one is looking for gloss this is not the product for you.

    Appreciate the watch.

I finally got around to trying CARPRO DarkSide Tire & Rubber Sealant
    Here are my thoughts...

Probably the easiest tire sealant I have ever applied!

It filled all the little tire grooves with ease on the first wipe.
I used a CQUARTZ Microfiber Applicator and wiped around the tire.
I did each tire and then followed behind each tire with a microfiber towel.
This microfiber towel wipe reduced the excess and reduced the "shine".

Darkside is a sealant, not a dressing, so it is supposed to have much better longevity.
Did I mention "This is probably the easiest tire sealant I have ever applied!"
It has a bit of a satin finish rather than the matte finish of OBSSSSD Tire Dressing - Matte
I have heard that the little bit of "shine" goes away in about a week but the dark look lasts!

Here is a couple of Before/After pics.

The tire was cleaned and all prior "dressings" have been removed.

One swipe around the tire and a light wipe with a microfiber towel.

Darkside is quick, easy, looks good (satin finish), and darkens the tire.

This has become my new go-to tire sealant!

What stood out to you as the most appealing aspect of the CarPro DarkSide tire sealant, especially considering its durability and finish characteristics?
