I forgot about shelf life. This bottle was opened 3 years ago to do my motorcycle.
It was still liquid but has some chrystal flakes in it.
    It also flashed differently.
    Should I remove it? How?
Or can I apply new on top?

You will need to polish to remove it.

Will a final polish and pad on a rotary be enough to remove it?
