    Removing scuff marks

    I do I remove light scuff marks on interior plastic?

    I might suggest a fine polish and a medium 3" pad.
    I probably would do it by hand and be very light.
    From the pic. it appears the column has a bumpy texture.
    The goal is to remove the scuff and leave the texture. Be gentle.
    In the words of Jason Kilmer, "It's better to improve than remove."

    Have you considered any specific fine polish brands or products for safely removing the scuff marks from the interior plastic without damaging the texture?

    Not really.
    IMHO If you polish it will remove some.
    Sometimes "it's better to improve than remove".
