    Damaged wheels?

    Just bought a 2019 ES350 and the wheels look like they have chemical damage on them.Is this true?

    From the pics, I really can't see the damage well. (small pics)
    I probably would try a different chemistry to see if it's surface or stained.
    Do you know if they are clear-coated?
