I'm a big fan of do it once...do it right.
    So here are my thoughts.

    Exterior
    Washing:
I use a small Ryobi 1,600 PSI 1.2 GPM Electric Pressure Washer
MTM Hydro PF22.2 Professional Snow Foam Cannon
    2) CarPro Merino Wool Wash Mitt
    2) Grit Guard Insert

    Machine:
    RUPES Mark 3
    RUPES Mark 3 - BigFoot LHR 21
    RUPES 5" Backing Plate
    RUPES 5" Backing Plate
I prefer the 5" backing plate and 5" pads on all my DA machines.

    Pads:
Lake Country HDO Blue Cutting Pad - 5 1/2"
Lake Country HDO Orange Polishing Pad - 5 1/2"
    CarPro Gloss Pad 5"

    Compound:
Scholl Concepts Shock 2 Cut Extreme Compound - 16 oz.

    Polish:
Scholl Concepts S30+ Nano Compound - 16 oz.

    Towels:
    10) CarPro 2 Face Multi-Pack (No Lint) 16" x 16" - Orange

    This should get you started...
    Other suggestions appreciated.

Yepper, the Rupes 21, and the pressure washer/MTM Foam cannon are the big-ticket items.

The Rupes 21 is the big one. Remember get the 5" backing plate then get all your pads in 5".
I have about 12 different machines the Rupes 21 with a 5" bp is my go-to 90% of the time.

For the interior, typically the stuff you would expect to hear. A good steamer and hot water extractor. I would absolutely not use a bissell machine, I have the the Mytee lite 8070 and it has done great. Also using the chief steamer 100 and it works really good as well. Both are pretty expensive, but great things to have if you are going to be doing this full time.
