Has Cquartz UK(actually all CarPro coatings) been designed to create a hard barrier on TOP of the cured clear coat and NOT penetrate the clear coat?

Mark, CQuartz bonds to the surface of the clear coat or other substrate and does not penetrate through it. Also it's important to note it is not a "paint" or additional layer of "clear coat" like some talk about. It's a Sio2 Ceramic (glass) Quartz coating and adds 1-2 micron per layer.
