William brought us his new Camry for a quick polish and seal. Car only had 1700 miles but the dealer left their gift of some wash marring and we knew the car wash missing a little gloss.

She got a foam bath with Chem guys honey do snow, cleaned up the wheels and tires with Meg's apc followed up with light surface cleanse with Ultima WW and Carpro Decon towel to prep for polishing.
Back to my fav AOI polish. HD Speed on orange pads and the Rupes 15 and 21. Brought out the flake and color like crazy and made this color look sick like it should. Topped her off with Hydrofoam for added gloss and protection and of course some insane hydrophobic effect.

Tires and trim were dressed with Meg's hyper shine then we gave her a light interior clean and dressed with PERL.

Can't post even a light correction thread without some full sun reflection shots. ;)

Needless to say, William was very impressed and next up will be his 1000 hp supra when it returns from the shop. Can't wait for that one!!

Enjoy! Thanks for looking.

That looks great! I love that color.
Wonder why Toyota still uses single stage paint?
I guess probably the obvious because it's cheaper.

You do really nice. work steve. I like your posts

@yg1829. Was referring to the level of correction not the paint type. Toyota uses multi stage paint process, we used a single polish step to correct the light defects found here.
Thank you for the compliments!!

I don't believe he meant it has single stage paint.
I believe he meant he did a 1 step correction process.
This is lest costly (and time consuming) than a full correction.

The new Camry is really a nice car. It's funny about the title because I believe some of the Lexus vehicles still use a single stage paint. That was as if a couple years ago though so it may not be accurate now.

Great job! Really love that blue!

Ahhhh lol! Sorry for the confusion. That makes sense.

I could be wrong but I feel like Toyota has used a single stage paint until pretty recent that's why the title got me.

Whatever kind of paint it is it looks damn good!
