Carpro Essence Question

Hi, i got a jet black BMW which have a very soft paint and im applying Essence with cquk this month. I read thought the FAQ and it suggest that using a MF pad to finish off in 1 single pass. Isnt a form pad (black) finish better than a Mf pad (meguiars finishing disc)?
Also how long i got to wait before i top it with cquk?

Coat is approximately 1 thick per coat.
Scratch resistance is as good as it gets with UK. Do note that this characteristic is over sold by many companies and the gimmick videos pretending coatings are as hard as glass. That's nonsense. None of them are that hard.
