Carpro PERL reapplying

Hi everyone!

I am using Carpro PERL and wondered how do people reapply it in the car interior.

After reapplying it, do you completely clean the previously applied PERL layer with some APC or interior cleaner?
Or do you just buff the interior with dry or damp colth and reapply PERL again?
