Cquartz dlux

Used two coats of cquartz dlux plastic and wheels on my stainless steel exhaust tips per my installer.

Since using it (after watching some vids on YouTube) I can't just "wipe away) the carbon and the tips seemed stained with carbon like the cquartz is gone...?

I followed install instructions to the letter with proper flash times. What can I do to get them to clean properly?

The outside of the exhaust tip is fine, it's the inside that is the issue.

My assumption is the surface either wasn't polished and then completely oil free before application OR you didn't let it cure long enough to resists the chemicals. It needs 5 days minimum to be fully chemical resistant
