CQuartz prior to clear bra install?

I'm going to CQuartz UK my new Focus RS. I'm also going to clear bra the front hood and bumper. My question is do I CQuartz the front end prior to installing the clear bra or do I install the clear bra and do the rest of the car with CQuartz?

I always read about not applying anything to the paint prior to installing and paint protection film. Applying it over the film is typical.
