What is the general cure time of this product? Also, would reload be the best product to use over DLX besides using DLX again?

My understanding is that there is no cure time as this is water based spray sealant.

No cure time!
spray on the surface and 1 spritz on the MF , use 2 mf's , 1 for wiping on and another fresh one for wiping off , this way application will never cause streaks!
flip sides each section you do or when you feel the mf is too "wet"
no need Reload over Dlux...
