Dew is not covering one little spot?

Hi guys my first post.
I am a 74 year old man who has taken up detailing my own cars for the last few years.
A year ago i discovered ceramic coatings and i now have a lot of wax's and sealents that i think i'll never use again.
Recently i coated [liquid armour] on wifeys car a white 2010 toyota matrix that looks brand new.
Living in florida, west central has much humidity.
Ive noticed this one little round spot on the hood of this car where the dew does not condense?
The whole car has a layer of dew except this one round spot , 6 inch spot?
Its not heat from the engine for i see this spot even if the car has not be driven for 2 days.
When i think about how dew forms from warm air landing on cooler surfaces i get all confused.
I know that I did not miss any spots on the car for i do everything to a tim the tool mans style.
Exemplary is what i go for.
I know i am somewhat anal about things and wonder what is this 6 inch round dry spot telling me?
My plan is to redo the hood and see if this spot stays or goes.
heh heh heh
