I have just applied DLUX & Reload on my wheel and trim and also chrome.
I found that the provided suede cloth in the DLUX box is not enough (only 4 small pieces), i can only apply to 2 of my wheels.. may be i am too slow.
So I used my wife's cosmetic cotton, and found that is a really good applicator!
It doesn't absorb the DLUX and can be applied quickly and effectively to all surfaces.
I strongly recommend if you do have a cosmetic cotton, try it and see how good it is.
By the way, I have then applied reload to all surface, and this is how slick the reload is:
