dLux + Matte Finish wheels

I am looking at a set of wheels that have a matte finish, I wish they were shiny though. If I use dLux on matte paint will it gain some shine? Matte paint sucks to keep clean, Will a few layers of dLux level the finish and allow the same easy cleaning properties I have on my shiny finish painted wheels & dLux?

Sorry for the basic question, this is my first possible foray into something matte finished. I don’t like non-shiny things.

Will it have the nice easy to clean surface like dLux does on gloss finish? I ask as it seems like matte finished wheels are no where near as smooth as gloss finished wheels.
