Hey guys (and gals) I was wondering if Dlux is safe on polished aluminum wheels? Has anyone tried it?

It will work. The only thing I noticed is that it does not last as long as it does on clear coated wheels. Bare metal will still oxidize but the coating will slow it down.

3 words before applying Dlux to polished aluminum wheels, clean, clean, clean.

Thanks, this customer bought a brand new set of aluminum drag wheels and wanted them coated. I just don't want to ruin them.
