Elixir as lubricant for clay bar

Hi, this is my first question in this forum :o

Recently I tried elixir as QD, and I fall in love, it's a great product:CarproRules:

I usually use the clay with water and soap after a complete wash and right after using IronX, but I've seen people who clay using a QD as lubricant, so I asked myself, can Elixir be used as lubricant??

I personally would not use EliXir as a clay lubricant.

I would use a product designed to be a clay lubricant.
I use, and really like Carpro Immolube. It is inexpensive and I dilute it 1:5+.
It contains a special mixture of surfactants and solvents designed for reducing friction.
Its non-stick formula offers enough viscosity to reduce unwanted digging and marring.
Immolube has no protective polymers, no unwanted gloss enhancers, and is easy to remove with a wash or Eraser wipe.
