Essence/Reload low temp usage

I was wondering if anyone knows the lowest temps for application. I bought a 09 Audi S5 yesterday and would like to use them to protect for the winter. We have if the forecast is correct a couple 50 degree days coming this week and would like to know if that would be warm enough.

Also it has a clear bra and would reload be a good product to use on that? Or I have some WG uber coating which I could use and that is what I will probably coat the whole car with come spring.

If the 50 degrees is Fahrenheit, you should be fine, that's not cold. Well not cold according to Green Bay, standards.

I'll let an expert answer your coating question.

I know that, I have lived in WI for the bulk of my 64 years with 5 in the twin cities and a couple more in the army in the early 70's as the exceptions. I was told not to use the WG uber under 60 and think that is about the limit with CQuartz also. The thing is on most of these products do not give a minimum or maximum temp for use. The one thing they all seem to say is do not use in direct sunlight.

I have done poured concrete foundations for over 35 years and we worked in temps from 105+ to -25 or lower at times. The 50 was for the products sake not mine.:)

Sorry my friend and fellow cheesehead, I should have clarified the reload in the 50's shouldn't be an issue; that was my intention. The wg Uber I'm not familiar with, so I can't comment on that.

I was as concerned with the Essence probably than the reload since that will give the most protection. You know how the roads can get in this area and for me it is a pretty expensive used car that I plan to keep a while. The uber of reload I use on the clear bra can be done in my brothers underground parking, I just can't use it for hours polishing. I the Essence and reload look good enough that is what I will stay with since I do like to polish my cars once or twice a year.
Here is what the outlook for rest of the week is.

Nothing to be sorry for, IO took it the way you meant it I was just sayin the the temps didn't bother me at all. One thing about the 50 degree mark is that it is warm enough for me to work in sweat pants and a T-shirt

The uber is actually pretty nice, very easy application and look great. I put it on my Cadilac just before I sold it and took a picture of the worst spot for defects before when I got it and after it was coated. I didn't get them all but got a lot of them. Would of done more but the previous owner had it buffed out twice with a rotary and I was concerned with the paint depth.

At 50 degrees you should be ok, just be sure to do a test section before going on (as always) to ensure you are getting the proper results. And yes Reload works great on most clear bras. As mentioned above, always do a test section before going on to ensure you are getting the proper results.

First welcome A!

As Dark Horse said, RELOAD, in conjunction with a coating, works on 3M and XPEL CLEAR Bra's...that I can share from personal experience on our own vehicles.
Also, as Dark Horse points out, try a test spot first. Great words to live by.
