I just redid the whole vehicle for the 2nd time , The first time I used Reload too fast and it was a complete failure.. However this fresh coat doesn't seem to be any different at all , but it hasn't seen water and wont for a week. It does have a tad of surface dust on it and the car is no longer ( smooth and silky ) as it was when I applied the CQUK . hopefully it will become silky again once I use Ultima Waterless Wash on it.

In what way does it not seem any different at all? As I recall from your other thread the issue was "not beading or sheeting water".

Well as far as the finish , finish was good the first time as its the same as the 2nd. I will wait a week before I try anything :-) I did go to a friends house who has Opi Coat on his Lamborghini murcielago and I was shocked at the different between what car was smoother , No way anything could even stay on that hood without sliding off ! On my car it feels like I just washed the car with Dawn dish soap ... no silky smoothness at all compared to his. Hoping RELOAD will be the cure to that !!! ( praying )

Hmm, I've used both Opticoat 2.0 as well as Opticoat Pro many times and I can tell you that unless your friend has a topper over the coating, that's simply not true. Any professional detailer that deals with coatings will tell you that slickness is NOT a quality imparted by a coating. By their nature alone, neither coating makes the paint feel "super slick" (like a high grade carnauba or sealant). If you desire your paint to have a slick feeling after using a coating, "Any" coating I'm familiar with (including Opticoat 2.0 and Pro) then you must top it with something. I can assure you that if you apply a coating "correctly" (as can been seen in the links below), a lot less stuff will stick to the paint than if you top with traditional toppers .

However Reload will make the paint crazy slick while maintaining the properties of the coat...

FWIW...
I used Opti Coat 2.0 ony wife's car last year and at no time was it ever "slick." To this day, it still isn't slick. It does sheet water and release dirt like crazy AND I have no topper on it.
With CQUK the finish was not slick until the next day when I applied the RELOAD. I'm not sure but if the coating is still curing it may not feel slick anyway. Most of the time when folks refer to the "coating" as slick they do hsve a topper, ie wax or sealant.

Thanks , I will apply the Reload tomorrow and see how that goes.

FWIW (not much), EXOv2 is very slick.

That said, it has always been my understanding that "slickness" is not a quality imparted by nano-particle coatings.
