Hello,
So I'm new to the CarPro products. I was given Hydro2 lite as a gift (absolutely my favorite now.) Im in the process of purchasing more products, but I have a couple questions.
I just like maintaining my cars clean.

1. Reset
How do you dilute Reset?
What's the ratio?

2. Hydrofoam.
How does it compare to hydro2 lite?
What's the best way to use it?

3. Reload
Whhen I use it on my windshield and the wife turns on the wipers there's a oily film that stays there till I wipe it down with eraser.

How do I resolve it?

I heard I can apply it on wet surface, is this true?

Thank you to anyone who can help answer these questions.

Welcome aboard!

1. Add 1 to 1.5 ounces to 3-4 gallons of water in a wash bucket. Adjust as needed. I use about an ounce or two in my foam cannon.

2. Have not used Hydro Lite 2 but Hydro foam can be used as a maintenance wash. Depending on the elements and enviroment, can last 3 months or so. Very easy to use just follow the directions. I use it in my foam cannon. Directions with the link for cannon and hand washing...

I have posted the direct links of each to assist you.

As far as the RELOAD, I don't use it on my windows. If you can, turn the bottle over and you will see a small sticker, hopefully, on the bottom. That is the production date. If you can just post back that info.
The RELOAD can be applied wet or dry, as per directions. I prefer to apply it on a clean dry surface.

For your windshield, you may want to try Forte or FlyBy30.

is it much easier to use the hydrofoam in the foam cannon instead of buck wash.
also will i get more out of hydro lite instead of using the concentrate.

Looks like you have version 2014 of Reload, which had some of the issues you are seeing. Version 2015 is much better.
If you go to the Car Pro store link, you can find directions for using the products.

My wife bought it for me a couple months back. And she can't remember where she ordered it from.
It works fine. Just that oily residue it leaves behind.

I agree with Steve, I don't use Reload on glass either. I experienced the same residue as you. I recommend and use Forte. I have it on all 3 of my personal vehicles, and going strong (like the day I applied it) more than a year later. BTW welcome to CPF!
