Guess the process/product?

Ok... I'm going to post a couple pics a friend of mine sent me and I'd like people to guess what was done to the right panel (and wasn't done to the left) The answer is pretty cool What product made it look different? Hint: its in the CarPro section so obviously a CarPro product-

Thanks Jaddie! I'm going to give it a few more hours before I spit it out... Although I already did elsewhere so I hope nobody that knows the answer already doesn't cheat and say something here Anyway.... the answer is going to BLOW you away. It has NOT been polished is my first hint
