I just received my samples of CQOG, IX, Reload, TarX, Reset, Hydro2 & PERL. Hope to put them to use this coming weekend. I also just registered here ;) Haven't really had much time to research or browse the forums yet. What product is recommended to clean the paint before using CQ orignal/regular? Never used a coating before :/
Looking forward to chatting it up with you all!

Thanks,

So it looks like I need to get some Reflect to sterilize the surface before an Eraser wipe down?

anything i can use before this arrives? IPA?

Reflect is a final finishing polish that creates clarity, gloss and sharpness.
I use it with a polishing machine as a final step known as paint "jeweling".
After the final polishing is done, I wipe down the vehicle twice with Eraser.

Over the years I have used many things...diluted IPA, Mineral Spirits etc.
I use Eraser to obtain surgically clean paint and I have never looked back.
Eraser is user friendly & it works. It does not have the IPA associated issues.
NOTE: Rumor has it that Eraser contains IPA in the total product formulation.

Not a rumor, but a fact. Here's from the description

"However due to the alcohol mixed with*Eraser's special degreasing agent..."
