HELP!! Please!!! High spots/streaks no matter what!

So I live in SW FL, it’s currently about 84 in my garage with relative humidity around 35-40%. I cranked up the AC in the house and opened the door to garage. Haha, not looking forward to the next Electric bill. I also have 3 Dual 4ft LED light strips on the ceiling, and 3 500 watt halogen work lights placed around the garage for lots of lighting.... Anyway, I am using CQ original 2018. I do small areas, let it “flash” for around 1 min 30 sec (I’ve been playing around with slightly shorter times too) it feels grabby when I start to level with my green MF, so I assume that’s good. Then I switch to a blue MF for final buffing. However, no matter what I try or do I’m still getting some streaks or high spots! What am I doing wrong? Am I letting it flash too long? I tried a small area at first and let it flash for about 2 min and it was a b*tch to get off! I thought I was gonna rub the paint off.

I prepped correctly, I know that, went over car twice with eraser then bare MF to remove any residue or whatever left by the eraser. I’m switching surfaces of both green and blue MF towels after a couple small areas. That way I have a fresh wiping surface.

Help!! I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Just getting very frustrated!

Thanks for any advice!

So this morning I dropped my “flash” time down to 50 seconds and it seems to be removing better with no streaks or high spots that I can tell. It’s just enough time to get a little resistance when leveling but by time I buff it off it’s getting “sticky” but can still remove it. Feels like it’s working...!?!? Seems like a pretty short flash time though. What do y’all think?

Heat (temprature) and Humidity have a lot to do with flash time.
It does seem like a short flash/removal time...
I've run into a real quick flash time on a particular production run of Cquartz Professional.
Hry, if it works...I'd go with it. How is it working?

Seemed to work great with the 50 sec flash time. Car turned out amazing! Sat in garage for 48hrs then applied reload, sat in garage another 12hrs then started driving it again today.
