How long from car manufacture date until CQuartz?

Looking at buying a Tesla Model 3. Since they are manufactured to order how soon can I apply CQuartz?

Also I bought a Cadillac ELR a couple of years ago and used CQuartz on it. This pic is after over 1½ years from application and it still beads the same today.

You can apply a Cquartz coating the day you receive it. The paint is cured by the time you receive it.
