How to do under door handles better.

I've used magic erasers and foam applicators before and I'm looking for a quicker method.

Im doing a correction on a 1956 Porsche Speedster, I don't have to ok to remove the door handles.

Anyone have a quicker method?

Oh and I've got the Rupes Nano already... damn thing almost fits in there but not quite...
