So explain why I shouldn't get 4 Hydro Lite 1L bottles @100.00$ vs the concentrate that makes the same amount for 110$. What am I missing?

I think the dilution has been updated to a 1:6, and I use it like that as well. So you can get 6L @ $110 using the concentrate.

6L of lite would be $150.
