Hydro Foam Spots

Good morning!

I recently had my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado ceramic coated by Unique Car Care of Boston using the Ceramic Pro product. Afterward I purchased the Car Pro Hydro Foam wash intending to prolong and maintain the coating using the was in combination with the Reload product.

I first washed the car about 3 weeks after the initial coating with the Hydrofoam product, dried the car and applied the Reload. Since this wash when rain dries on the car, scale looking deposits form on the surface (see attached images). I used a foam cannon in combination with a microfiber mitt to apply the soap, so I may have over concentrated the product greater than 9:1. Additionally, I did was the car in partial sun light but kept the product from drying on the surface.

I have rewashed with a non-ceramics wash which removed the spots post dry but they returned with the next rainy day. As the side by side images of the same location on the car show, the spots are easily removed with just a little water.

I was hoping you might have advice on how to rectify my mistake. The nature of the spots make me think that it is too much coating on the surface or the hydro foam didn’t adhere to the ceramic pro and not hard water etching...please correct me if I am wrong! I am hoping that it is something that will wear away with further washing and driving and is not permanent.

Sorry for the long post...any help you can provide would be awesome.IMG-0283.jpgIMG-0284.jpg
