HydrO2 Foam + MTM Hydro PF22.2 Snow Foam Cannon: what setting on cannon for 9:1??

Hi, I will be buying HydrO2 foam and a MTM Hydro PF22.2 Snow Foam Cannon. How does one achieve a 9:1 dilution ratio running through a cannon? I can dilute the mixture I put in the cannon bottle at 9:1, but this means I will have to cut off any water from mixing with the mixture before it's sent to the vehicle. Curious as to what others have done with this setup?
