In addition the current "CQuartz Leather and Fabric" will end production soon and CQuartz Fabric will be released to replace it.

This is so significant. Now you have all the goods on the competition!

I've been playing with CQuartz Leather and Vinyl some more this weekend and I gotta say CarPro knocked it OUT of the park! Couldn't be any easier or more enjoyable to apply and the finish just looks brand new. LOVE it!

Application instructions are at least 10 drops....is that per seat?

The entire 30ml container should yield 600 drops...It would be fantastic if you can coat 60 seats with 30ml. That would be only $1 per seat!

But then I was confused by this:

The "Consumption" is indicated as:

5ml = 1m2

Can you elaborate on the differences between this New product and the 250mL sprayable leather and fabric protectant

Cquartz Fabric & Leather Coat

12 month longevity

250ml for $49.00 List Price
1.0ml per 1 sq. ft. for leather application...

$0.20 per square foot cost

CQuartz Leather & Vinyl

Durability: 1 to 2 years

30ml for $59.00 List Price
5.0ml per 1 meter square (58 square feet) for leather application...

$0.17 per square foot cost

Hi Allen! The ten drops is an estimate, as is the 5ml per 1 square meter. You could also drag the bottle against the applicator for a second for faster loading. Basically you will use 5-8ml per coat per car. So you can figure about 10-16ml per car depending. If you do 3 coats then of course you probably use about 15ml per average size vehicle.

The differences in product are vast! This is now designed 100% for leather where as the previous formula it was designed for fabric and leather. On white and very light leathers we could not use the previous formula as it was POSSIBLE in extreme UV situations for it to discolor. Additionally it was not as durable on leather as this one is and finally it wasn't meant for vinyl.

Most detailers are likely charging 200 to 500 for cleaning and coating all surfaces using these products with CQuartz Fabric on fabric and CQuartz Leather and Vinyl on Leather and Vinyl.

Just a note, one square metre is around 10.5 square feet, not 58 square feet.

Not sure where that number came from...was not intoxicated...promise

CQuartz Leather & Vinyl

$0.77 per square foot cost

Cquartz Fabric & Leather Coat

$0.20 per square foot cost

I am glad the performance has increased, because the price has too

Lol, yes this is a MUCH different product. And still priced better than other interior coating products that don't perform as well as CQLV and still cost more.

It's also for other surfaces and for more types of leather.

As you stated cost is more on leather but will be less on the fabric areas of the vehicle soon. With no need for the fabric product to do dual duty the next version of CQuartz Fabric will come down in cost.

this new coat is very flexible , highly durable, and let the leather breath in cold or hot temp.

I can't say enough good things about this product it's so easy to use. I've used on 2 cars now and so easy to apply almost no wiping needed.

That's correct Chris, I was hoping to sell a couple bottles of the fabric and leather so I can start clean and it will be less confusing.

A great image from Jose Larralde at iWax Auto Detail in Houston Texas :0 I enjoyed it and thought I would share here.
