Microfiber Madness Dropnetics

When I first saw these here on the forum I was skeptical. I thought to myself is this really something i need? Can't I just do this with my microfiber towel?

Lucky for me I won a set of these from our awesome Forum Administrator ( aka Dark Horse - Tad). You guys Rock; this forum is small but full of great info.

But back to the MM. I did a rinseless wash today with the awesome CarPro Wooly mitt. As I dried the Touareg door panels I placed the Dropnetics under the mirrors.

After finishing the car and pulling it into the garage I pulled the Dropnetics off. I was stocked to no longer find the water marks from the drips that come out of the mirrors. Unfortunately I didn't get all the water from my gas cap and it dripped down.

So I would highly suggest getting 2 sets of these. One set for the mirrors and a second set to use on the gas cap area and the license plate.

These things are pretty damn cool. They are Well made and the magnets are properly enclosed in plush fibers and have super strong magnets.
 
Awesome!! I'm in the same boat being doubtful. I will have to break that "doubting Thomas" attitude and just buy one to try.
 
Just ordered a few packs of Dropnetics 2x today.
Sick of water draining from mirrors and trunk area for 30+ minutes post wash....cannot wait!

Any other reviews out there?

Awesome! I remember the order. I get a huge smile on my face when certain items are ordered because I usually know the reaction those products always give people when they receive them.

You will love them, - quality - functionality - perfect design imo. A ton went into these that people never would think about unless we had thought of them. It was really cool to hear firsthand all the challenges they came into and how they solved them.

I received a few packs of the 2x and used them this past weekend on my daily driver.
OH MY! These Dropnetics are absolutely amazing.
They were so good, i just put in another order for two more packs a few minutes ago.

Only thing i learned was to leave the on the vehicle a touch longer.
My mirrors were not done dripping after 20 some minutes... and i removed them a bit too early.
 
Exactly, Those mirrors seem to drip for hours, I recommend just leave them on the rest of the day or over night.

They also work a treat for catching water that squeezes out of window seals during polishing
