Use it "neat" or diluted. Apply it with a tire dressing applicator or a tire dressing brush. You cannot mess it up and every time you will have a huge smile on your face!

The product is water based, and contains no solvents which could damage (or dry out) the surface it is being applied to.
Provides a rich satin look but not greasy.

I did not. I sprayed, spread, and looked with love and satisfaction at the results..... and decided to take some pictures

While your tires do look PERL-ICIOUS Doc-Ster, I prefer the same method, but diluted 1:1 for a PERL-A-RIFIC look...
