Forgive me if this has previously been asked here.
My one vehicle has been once coated with CQUK about 1-1/2 years ago, and since, has only been detailed with CQ Reload a few times. No other products used.
As far as I can see, my paint needs no correction again with Polishes, but would like applying another layer of CQUK.
Could a good paint cleanser such as either Pinnacle, or DP from AG be used to good effect? I would hope that by some method, I wouldn't necessarily have to remove what CQUK is already on the paint, yet be able to prep the paint for proper bonding without streaking, faulty bond issues, etc issues with another coat?
I have Eraser on hand, but am gathering Eraser by itself would not prove effective.
Can what I would like to do be done? Or do I then have to go at it again with DA, Polishes, the whole nine yards again?
I was hoping for just a simple hand application of a paint cleanser, simple, fairly fast.
Has anyone ever done this with success?
TIA, Mark
